These are additional interviews done during the 2008 Emancipation and Independence week-long Celebrations in Jamaica. There are more interviews at the Culinary Expo with Govange Wines creators as they explain how they make their wines from various fruits eg. Mango wine, guava wine, apple wine, guinep wine etc.
We also flash to the Grand Gala at the National Stadium and took some time out to talk with Freddie McGregor and Etana. Don't hang me! I know the audio for Freddie's interview was messed up, but I just wanted to share as much of it as I could. Enjoy!
